Arbitration

Sheri was appointed to the Ontario Minister of Labour's list of approved arbitrators in 2016 after successfully completing the Ministry's Arbitrator Development Program.  Sheri is a named arbitrator in a number of collective agreements, has served on the Grievance Settlement Board and is an approved grievance arbitrator under the Canada Labour Code.

Mediation

Sheri is an experienced mediator who specializes in labour, employment and human rights disputes, including collective agreement negotiations.  Sheri has helped parties resolve hundreds of disputes, including many complex and multi-party matters.
